Terms and Conditions of “Sales Hub Marketplace”
These terms and conditions govern the use of the lead generation tool Sales Hub Marketplace provided by Sales Hub. By accessing or using the Tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not access or use the Tool.
1. Subscription
1.1 Subscription Services: The Tool is provided on a subscription basis. Your subscription grants you access to the Tool’s features and functionalities for a period of one year from the date of subscription activation, unless otherwise specified.
1.2 Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
1.3 Payment: Payment for the subscription is due in advance upon activation and on each subsequent renewal date. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Tool.
2. Use of the Tool
2.1 License: Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Tool for your internal business purposes during the subscription period.
2.2 Restrictions: You may not:
– License, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit or make the Tool available to any third party.
– Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Tool.
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Tool or its related systems or networks.
2.3 Compliance: You agree to use the Tool in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Data Privacy
3.1 Data Collection: The Tool may collect and store data about users and leads (“Data”). You agree that the Company may use this Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
3.2 Confidentiality: You agree to treat any Data provided through the Tool as confidential information and to take appropriate measures to protect it from unauthorized disclosure or use.
4. Support and Maintenance
4.1 Support: The Company will provide reasonable technical support for the Tool to assist with issues related to functionality and performance.
4.2 Maintenance: The Company may perform maintenance on the Tool, which may temporarily affect availability. The Company will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing notice to the Company. No refunds will be provided for early cancellation.
5.2 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Tool immediately if you breach these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer: The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6.2 Limitation: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Tool.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 Amendment: The Company may update or modify these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes to these Terms.
7.2 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Tool, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
Terms and Conditions of “Sales Hub CRM”
These terms and conditions govern the use of the CRM software with built-in leads (Sales Hub CRM) provided by Sales Hub. By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not access or use the Software.

Terms and Conditions of “Outsourcing Services”
These terms and conditions govern the provision of outsourcing services by Sales Hub. By purchasing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not purchase or use the Services.

1.1 Description: The Services include Sales Outsourcing, Customer Service Outsourcing and other Tailored Outsourcing.
1.2 Subscription: The Services are provided on a yearly subscription basis. Your subscription grants you access to the Services for a period of one year from the date of subscription activation, unless otherwise specified.
1.3 Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
2. Payment
2.1 Fees: Payment for the subscription is due in advance upon activation and on each subsequent renewal date. The fees for the Services are specified in the subscription plan chosen by you.
2.2 Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services.

3.1 Scope: The Company will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill, consistent with industry standards.
3.2 Restrictions: You may not:
– Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services.

3.3 Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing necessary information, access, and cooperation reasonably required for the provision of the Services.
